This is your required USU Supply Kit.

All students are required to have these items for immersion and need to be ordered before your immersion.

This kit will included everything pictured and will be shipped to your house. Please see sizing chart on the last picture for the lab coat.

USU will be providing all students one lab coat for immersion. Please use the coupon code on your flyer during checkout (bottom left of the screen on the shopping cart page).

Lab coat will be given as a discount in your shopping cart. If ordering a replacement or extra lab coats, you need to purchase those separately. Your name will be checked off an approval list by the school for the provided lab coat.

All USU students also receive student pricing on all other items on our website. This includes Stethoscopes! Using the same discount code at checkout will give you your student pricing with your order. Orders can be placed together.

Please make sure you are providing a correct address. If you plan on moving, please make sure you provide your new address you will be at. We start shipping 2 weeks prior to the first day of your immersion. If you move, you need to contact us to let us know your new address. If you are no longer at the address provided and do not contact us with an updated address, or provide us an incorrect address, you will need to re-order your kit and will be responsible for replacement costs.

Please note that we are not able to add any extra embroidery (name, credentials, etc.) to the lab coat, it will come with the school logo only.

This kit no longer includes a stethoscope. Your same discount code gives you student discount pricing on all stethoscopes on our website (or anything else you might need!)
