Q:  How has COVID-19 affected shipping and stock?

                A:  We try our best to keep everything in stock at all times. Due to the particular industry that we are in, we
have been running into some items going out of stock for extended times with our suppliers. If we do run
out of stock on something you ordered, and it will be longer than the expected time we have infrmed you about,
we will notify you of the backorder and discuss options with you if you would like to change or cancel your
order. Shipping times right now have returned to about normal and we do not see as many delays as when
the pandemic started.

Q:  I live outside of the country, can you ship to me?

                A:  Currently we do Not ship outside of the U.S.A. borders.

Q:  Do you take checks?

                A:  We do accept checks for online orders. However you must mail us your check and wait for your
                     check to clear before we can process your order.

Q:  Can I order something that I don’t see on your website?

            A:  Yes! Our website reflects only items that we have in stock and can ship immediately. If there
                 is something that you want from one of the brands that we stock, and it has not been
                 discontinued by our vendors, we can order it for you at no extra charge. However, please note
                 special orders typically will add a week lead time to your order. Please contact us via phone
                 or e-mail to place a special order. Please however make sure of your size as as we do have
                 a 25% restocking fee for returns on special orders.

Q:  Can I use my “Scrub Club Rewards” Card on this website?

            A:  Currently we are not set up to use this feature on our website, but are working on having it in
                 the near future. You can currently only use our Rewards Cards at our Tempe location or at
                 any of our mobile sales.

Q:  Can I use a Gift Card to pay for an online order?

            A:  As we have recently started our new Gift Card program, we are not currently set up to use this
                 feature on our website.  You can currently only use our Gift Cards at our Tempe location or at
                 any of our mobile sales.

Q:  Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

                A:  Yes you can. However we can not ship shoes to a P. O. Box.

Q:  If you are out of stock on an item I order, does my credit card get charged?

         A:  Yes it does. In the event that we are out of stock on an item, or it is on backorder, your credit card
              will be charged in order for us to process the whole order. We will contact you via e-mail or text
              to inform you of the backorder and give you the option to either cancel  those backordered items,
              OR wait for them. In the event  that due to a back order we will ship you more than one
              package, you will NOT be charged shipping twice.
